Joe is a climber with a past career in advanced personal training and sports rehabilitation, now focusing on the health and wellbeing of Arborists to support a longer, healthier career and lifestyle. Trying to create and support good habits from early in peoples careers, backed with positive mindsets and working to terminate stigmas and old, naive ways of thinking. Prehab and rehab work, body activation, mobility exercises, pros/cons/whens/hows of stretching and more will be covered.
